Design and development are not two jobs handed between two people here. They are one job, which is why nothing gets lost in translation between the file and the build.
I have been building for the web since 2019, mostly for companies at the point where the website has become the bottleneck rather than the shopfront. That usually means the work is good, the positioning is clear, and the site is three years behind both.
What I hand over is a system, not a set of pages. Tokens, a type scale, a fixed component set, and documentation your team can actually follow. The measure of whether it worked is whether the site still looks designed a year later, after other people have been editing it.
